Arla Skyr wanted to bring its Nordic heritage and “slow living” positioning to life through an immersive influencer experience, using creators as authentic ambassadors for the brand.
We curated three days of Icelandic-inspired living in the Lake District for ten hand-picked creators, built around two complementary audience archetypes, “Soul Seekers” and “Healthy Hobbyists”, to balance aspiration with relatability.
Every detail, from itinerary to gifting to food, was designed to feel authentic to Arla Skyr’s world, with our team managing talent, logistics and comms end-to-end.
The retreat significantly outperformed expectations. In-feed content achieved a 3.73% engagement rate, and overall engagement landed at 605% above the campaign estimate.
The experience also drove a strong halo effect, with creators voluntarily producing over 100 pieces of earned content worth £169k in added value.
