Hayu briefed us with a clear vision: to sustain, expand, and deepen engagement with its dedicated fandom through a comprehensive, content-driven strategy. The goal was to develop innovative, social-first ideas that would truly resonate with their audience, and to do so in a way that felt authentic, impactful, and always relevant.
We produced 30 assets monthly to be posted across 5 different social channels. At the heart of our response was a community-first philosophy which prioritised meaningful connection, active participation, and ongoing loyalty.
We worked closely with Hayu to craft a holistic strategy covering every touchpoint of their digital presence. This included creating platform native content, utilising analytics to inform creative & strategic decisions, building a robust reporting framework and managing global community engagement.
The campaign delivered explosive social growth for Hayu, including the top performing Instagram post of all time for Hayu, with over 1.4 billion impressions, a 210% increase year-on-year, and more than 55 million total engagements.
Shares surged by 249%, proving the strategy’s effectiveness at driving conversation, connection, and conversion at scale.
